2007 - Camry Bluetooth problem

Help,
I have tried two different Verizon cell phones and they work for a while but continually disconnect from the bluetooth on the Camry and never reconnect. I have attempted removing the phone and connecting again and it has worked but now it just won't find the phone.
Thanks for any help.

I went to Toyota and apparently my phone was on the supported list but Verizon said my firmware wasn't up to the level needed. The firmware has been updated and my bluetooth works. Who would guess there would be an approved list for phones. Like Microsoft.

How did you update the firmware? I have this exact same problem with our verizon cell phone and the nav bluetooth.

Steve,
I went to a Verizon store and asked them to check my firmware to see if it was the correct level. They said it wasn't and attempted to upgrade it (they attach a cable, like you would use to charge your phone) anyway, mine was rusted and they couldn't upgrade it so they sold me a replacement for $50.00, same phone but they were able to upgrade the firmware. Keep in mind, I requested they download my phone numbers when they were done but they forgot and it was too late to recover them by the time I found out they were gone. The good thing is that the phone works without a problem.
