Brake swap???

I searched and found only info for thee rear from an es300...

Can I pull all 4 disc brakes assemblys off a 93 V6 XLE and bolt them right up to a 95 i4 DX?

What all should I pull? ...every part i could possibly need please.

I have access to this parts car for a limited time only and the brake swap is the only thing I can think of doing...
Thanks!

u just need the full brake assembly ( for the rear) updating the front from an ES im not sure.. but i would suggest using the front disc brakes from an mk3 supra ( or if u're rich to an mk4) because the ES300 front brakes are the same as ours as i remember or smaller in diameter...

rear assembly means everything connected to the brakes... and since u are already doing this try to go buy a set of stainless steel brake lines for the v6 camry ( they have em i just dont know where i saw them... i think ebay) and everything pretty much bolts on... dont forget to do a full brake job ( u know bleed the brakes new rotor and pads etc etc...) good luck rick...

air-RICK that is! (Eric) LOL!

Anyways... yeah be sure to get all the brake resivors as well... but just go and get braided lines like SCEPTER300RR said! Best of luck to you man, I really wanna do this swap also... I think you need various things to activate the breaks from the standard pedal... I dunno how hard this swap is gonna be but I think it would make a nice set of wheels look much nicer!

for the front hubs they might have a different number of splines for the drive shaft i'd check that out before you purchase anything. the rear is complete bolt up. need lines, hubs, inner hub brake pads, rotors, calipers, brake pads, i think u need a new ebrake line too not to sure bout that one and various nuts and bolts.

lazy but effective way to change to disc

Just take the rear subframe out along with the springs and struts, and everything should bolt right in. The only difference may be the parking brake, but i think there is one cable from the hand brake in the car and it has a bracket that connects it to the two line that go to the rear brakes. I did it in about an hour. Adjustments to the hand brake and bleeding will have to be done. As for ABS, I don't know because I didn't have it, so i took off all the sensors when I installed it. Good luck.
