Headlight, clock and dome light problem

Can anybody advise what maybe going on here? Our 97 Camry is acting strangely. The other morning when I was going to work the headlights would not come on, after about 5 minutes they suddenly came on. It doesn't stop there. The clock goes out but again it will come back but it resets and the dome light flickers. My daughter went out and tried to start it and it wouldn't start, she went in to get a flash light to look under the hood came back to the car tried to start it and it started right up! Really confused at this point!

Sounds like you guys have a poor contact somewhere.

Start with the battery. If you see a lot of white powdery stuff around terminals clean them up with the solution of baking soda.

Make sure all connectors are plugged and all grounds are tight.

I agree. Sounds like a loose or corroded battery terminal to battery post connection.

Found another crazy problem with this, when I open the passenger side door the clock goes out!
