ok i am working on a 95 camry. trying to locate parts on the cheap. not sure exactly sure what they are call also.

any ways they are on the rear of the camry. goes from the underside of the car (floor pan center of car) from meddle to each rear wheel. has 2 rods to each wheel with an adjusting nut on them. chilton manaul call them supension arms. these are not to be confused with the arms from the frame to the rear wheel.

any help on what these are called and where to buy them on the cheap (can not afford dealers price) i would be .

I think you are referring to the 2 "rear lateral control rods". That's what Toyota calls them. They have rubber bushings on each end and the rear-most one on each side has a sleeve to allow the rear alignment to be adjusted. It's usually the rubber bushings that go bad. I had to replace one on my 94 Camry a while back. $156 at my local dealer (plus installation if you don't install them yourself) and then the alignment has to be redone. I don't know of anybody who sells those aftermarket. If you find an aftermarket source, please let us know. I do know that Pep Boys sells a kit to replace the bushings. It's a special order for them, and once you get it the old bushings have to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in. That usually requires a hydraulic press. In my case I couldn't wait for that so I had to bite the bullet and pay the dealer's price for the part.

Good luck and let us know if you find another source.
