Actually, here in Canada, a SINGLE seat goes from $700-$1000 CAN... so its all in what you want, and what you wanna spend.

Ill tell you now, from driving for a few weeks with the Celica seats, they are nice, they give you decent kidney support and are overall safer than the stock seats, but they arent to be compared with a good set of aftermarket Sparco, Momo, or Recaro seats. Those usually throw in shoulder bolsters and have a more "buckety" design, that is why they cost so much.

latez.

You are you asking Ratko what he would rather have if you're the one buying the seats for your car???

If you are paying $700USD for Celica seats, then I say get some nice Sparco Torinos or other racing seat. Have you heard of or considered Torinos?? If not, then you should really stop what you are doing because you haven't considered ALL your options.

What I'm sensing from you is that you saw the seats in Ratko's car and thought they are really nice, and that became your default choice. Take a look around. Do some research. You have to pave your own way. Make your own decision.

Also, think about how those seats would fit in your interior and exterior. You have to have some planning and foresight. Otherwise your car will look like a collection of unplanned spontaneous purchases. I know you're new on the scence so I'm saying once again, Rome wasn't built in one day. Most people here have been on the scene a lot longer and seen a lot more of what other people have done before doing up our rides.

The Celica seats are good, but I'd take the Sparcos for that price.

Sorry for always dogging on you. I just don't want to see you jump head in into something you know very little about. I see that you are totally new and not knowing much so I'm just trying to steer you in the right direction. Take some time and have some patience. It going to be a long painstaking process that requires a ton of knowledge and intelligence - which can only come with time. If you jump into it without the requisite knowledge and intelligence, you'll just be another ricer wasting your (or God forbid, your parents) hard-earned money. What's worse, you'll make all of us look bad as well.

What I'm trying to say is that building a car is not about instant gratification. If that's what you want, take 5 mins and give yourself a hand job then come back.
