bodykit install

I have a 96 camry and i need some help. I have a four pc body kit and i wanna do the install of it myself. My friends and i have been able to remove the rear bumper and we're working on the front and sides. The thing is that they're saying i gotta pull headlights and fenders off, but i've seen cars drive around without a front bumper off and nothing else. So if i don't have to pull off the lights and fenders, well i won't.

So i need some help with removing the front bumper and the sides and if anyone knows, how to drill holes into fiberglass.

i have a 94,i didnt have to remove much to put the front end on.
frist i had to remove the grill, and all bolts and snaps that hold the bumper on,then i got under the car and removed all the splashgards from the bumper/motor,them i had to take off the stock lower air box just to make it easyer for me to get the bolts
behind it. i think ther is like 8 bolt you have to get from under the car,

drilling holes the best thing is a drimal, but if you dont have one like i dont;i used a small drill bit started the hole and worked it round untill i got the size i wanted,(((take your time )))

good luck on the install, measure twice cut once
i dont know about the rear or sides i havent put mine on yet but the front is all ways the hardest

i dont know what kit you have but dont forget if you cant get the
splash gards back on you will have to find a way to hold your wheel well gards in place so thay dont rub on your wheels.

it seems like i have all the bolts and clips except i'm having trouble with a few

there are three clips on the bumper where the three splitters are, they're exactly like the two clips under the grill (by grill i mean the removalable piece with the emblem on it)...i had trouble taking those two off and i'm not getting anywhere with these three...

it seems like it's only those three clips and two 10mm bolts that are connecting the fenders to the bumper...they're underneath the corners and impossible for me to get to...

anyone got any ideas and if there are any other bolts

if your clips are like mine i think i was abule to pop them out from under the bumper,i dont remember bolts behind the lights but i have a gen 3 not 3.5 so you might have to remove you lights but that shouldnt be that hard

I had the Shogun kit on my old 96. There is no need to remove the fenders. Ok, lets see if I remember... first remove grill, headlights, corner lights, bumper lights, and necessary plastic lining. Then, the three plastic clips on the top of the bumper. Next you need to remove the three nuts on each side of the bumper under the fenders. You can reach them from the wheel well and just use a socket extension and an elbow. Thats basically all the hard stuff. For my front I had to reuse the metal brackets. Good Luck!
