I just attempted to install my generation 4 indiglow gauges, and I put them in securely, and did everything according to the instructions http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291310149. I set it up so that it would connect to the headlights, the new glow does not work, even when it is set to max.
Possible problems:
the set came with 4 connectors attached to the relay box but there are only 3 gauges, do I have to do something unmentioned with the 4th connector ?
Unlikely, but I could not have the power cord correctly connected to the headlight fuse
I could have gotten a bad unit ( I purchased it off ebay )
--------------
I have the white gauges in now, but it does not glow, what steps should I attempt from here to get it glowing?
Question: How do I isolate the parking light wire since it is behind the fuse box, how do I know which to splice into. You see my dad did wrap it around the fusebox, so it is very possible that it is not getting power. the only thing is we dont know what to splice into.

One of the wires behind the gauge cluster is the parking light wire. I don't know which one it is, buts it there.
What you have to do is use a DMM and find out which wire it is.
well im gonna test if it actually works by connecting it to the battery, and if it does I take out the gauge cluster and splice into this parking wire ? I dont have DMM, so ill just have to improvise....
well...I just plugged the indiglow plug into an ac converter and then into a power plug while the car was completely off and the old gauge lights turned on, but not the new ones....the whole thing is starting to piss me off, im thankful that the gauges work, but I want to get the glowing working as well...im lost on what to do
Look behind the glove box for a relay with a GREEN wire, that should be the wire for the parking lights. Be careful messing with wires behind cluster as this can upset the airbag computer.
well... it turns out that the transformer is dead, I took it to a buddy of mine who works at an auto shop, and the transformer for the indiglo's is messed up. I bought the gauge kit off ebay, and cant get in touch with a seller, any recommendations ?
