Pulled the camry into the garage yesterday to take a look at it, and the rear fuel rail is leaking right next to where the main line connects, the rear fuel rail.
and I've been driving it like this.. I don't even know what that thing is called that is leaking but its more than just a bolt, its also sports a plastic fitting of some kind.
That needs replacing I'm sure and it probably comes with a crush washer to I'd guess. How do I support the fuel rail when trying to break that bolt loose I guess would be my question..
I think youre talking about the union bolt for the fuel lines banjo fitting. if its leaking, see if it's loose or maybe missing a gasket or maybe the thread is stripped.
heres some part #'s. dont know what yr. car you got but these parts are common to a lot of toyota models. anyway, theyre cheap.

Its not missing anything, it just has one crush washer it seems, union bolt huh?, attaches the fuel line onto the rail? I'm going to go put it back on so I can move it out of the garage while I wait for parts to come in.
