93 Camry running very rich

I have a 93 V6 Camry. It starts right up, but it runs very rich and has no power. It idles rough and the exhaust smells like gas. My gas mileage is down to about 4 miles per gallon, so I just don't drive the car anymore. Any ideas out there?

I would start by trying to get some diagnostic codes out of it. Im guessing it would be something like a bad coolant temperature sensor.

Thanks for the information, but I changed the temp sensor and it still does the same thing. The check engine light does not come on. I will have to get me a code reader and I will try that.
