I was wonderin if it is possible to convert some of the compoents on a camry with things from like an avolon,is300, es etc..

which components? a few things yes, most others no.

how would you know it is a simple swap and you wont need any adj

where would you look for the specs basicly like seat sizes

or would I just go to a junk yard and find some good loking seat and see if they fit or not?

Did any Toyotas come with the TRD (Airbagged) Steering wheel as an option (or TRD add on)? (Like Jeffs.) I really want one, but don't have 700usd, anybody got ideas for me? (Sorry to stray off topic T.L.C.) But in regard to your question, yes, most Toyota parts are cross-platform and many times have the same bolt patterns/sizes/etc. If you have specific questions feel free to post and we can try to help you out.
