I was looking up replacement bulbs for my 96 Camry, and I just got extremely confused.

This may be a newbie question, but the output wattage of the bulbs are greater than the input? It said that somewhere on a package I remember seeing.

I was looking up Nokya bulbs, specifically, and the High beam wattage says 100w. I don't know if that is the input or output, but I don't want to melt my wires. I know the wiring harnesses are rated up to 60/65?

I have 45w Cool Blue's in my lowbeams, so I know those will be fine. Just looking for a whiter highbeam to complement.

The whitest bulb that keeps coming up is the GE nighthawk.
