Interior Lights

I was wondering if anyone had a sunvisor with the lighted vanity mirrors or a rearview mirror with map lights on it. I've noticed I only have the dome light for any interior light and I would like to have something that is a little more discreet than that.

use red lights, better for night vision and red is harder to see at night

I'm trying to do something that keeps it factory and with sense of normalcy. I probably won't play with colors until I start in on some neons (God forbid). Besides, red is such a nasty color
