MY exhaust plans for this winter

Yes, I have decided to slowly re-do the exhaust on my Gen 2.

I'll begin with the Muffler (yes I know this is prolly ass backwards, but I'm taking what I can get right now).

It'll be a Flowmaster 40 Series "Street & Strip". $60 USD. It's cheaper than the 40 series delta flow, and I really haven't heard much about the Deltaflow...

The muffler will be a 2.25" in/out.

After that, when I get enough money, I'll replace all the OEM piping with 2.25" piping from the Cat back, and perhaps replace the Cat with a high-flow.

This will be a 3 phase system...
Phase 1: Muffler (Flowmaster 40 Series Street & Strip)
Phase 2: 2.25" Cat-back mandrel bent piping.
Phase 3: High-Flow Cat.

Any comments are welcome.
Keep in mind I only make between $40, and $90/week, so I'm a bit limited to my options. The muffler will prolly be done by about Christmas time, and the Cat BAck piping will be done sometime in the end of January, beginning of February.

uh.. if ur making that much, I don't think you should be blowing your whole paycheck on a exhaust... but, hey, it's your money.

If you're going for the sound, then a muffler will suffice. If you're going for performance, I doubt all that will give you dramatic gains.

Well it won't be my whole paycheck... it's just a piece of my paycheck each week thrown into a pot, and then when I have enough to do the appropriate phase, I go off and do it.

Never, have I ever blown an entire check on antyhign except for the time I backed into a pole, and fudged my alignment, and had to do the alignment real fast.
