Question look at my new tints problem..

i finally got the window tinted a week ago but look what i see when i roll down the windows half way...

those gaps at the corner are so annoying when you roll down the windows half way... but you can't see those gaps if you roll up the windows all the way... is it normal or what? i paid around $180 for it. they said life time warranty... should i go back?

small gaps are normal (like a few millimeters at most)..but for a $180 those look like pretty big gaps..maybe its just the picture but it almost looks as if they took tints that were made for another car and put them on yours

id take it back..if i paid almost 200 for tints i would expect them to be done perfectly

Gaps are normal, though it doesn't seem like they did a very good job.

I've had windows tinted on several vehicles and the gaps aren't EVEN CLOSE to being that bad.

I'd have them do it again. Having someone else retint it will cost much more because they'll have to remove the tint that's on there now. There's no way that I would accept that.

If its correctly done, you wouldnt even have a gap that big or at all. Mine is all the way to the edge. Usually you'll have a 1mm gap at the edge.

The cutting wasnt even straight. Horrible job.

A real shop would of taken your door panels off to install tints.
