The Maxima? It has a very similar body style, compared to that like the JMC Jimmy and the Chev. Blazer. I sit and think to myself, "Self, what if the Maxima is closer to the Camry than the Accord? And what if projector lights are a closer fit?!"

Lets explore this subject.

I assume you are referring to the early gen 4 Maxima being similar to the gen 3 Camry?

Even though they look quite similar the headlights are not at all close. You forget, even the smallest +/- 5 degree bend will make the retrofit look ugly. I think the closest is the 90-93 Accord and even those lights are a little too short and wide.

I wish it was that easy too. :smile:

But I think this idea with the BMW look-alike custom projector headlight/corner light that we are trying to do is a very good idea. Hope we can get enough signatures to get it done.

Just on a side note, there is a Southern Ontario Mustang club that wanted custom headlights made for them (6-piece -> 1 piece) and they got about 190 signatures and approached a company... who couldn't say no! :wink:
