RActive strut bar problem

Is it normal for a RActive Stut bar to touch the top of the intake plenum? I tried to put the bar on, couldn't because it was touching so I changed which mount was on which side thinking that inch or so of difference would help, but it's still touching..... Do you think they sent me one for a 4-Cyl? I have the shipping sheet in front of me and it says I ordered a T009BA which I believe is for the V6..... If you need pictures, let me know.

Thanks,
Steve.

Also another question:
Does anyone have Energy Suspension Mounts on their car? I grew to love them for their stiff feel and unbreakable design - and believe me, I tried to break them. I broke 3 OEM transmission mounts on my Camaro before switching. Just wondering. Thanks.

I'm gonna go tinker with it right now. I'd rather have it "just clear" then touch like it does. I don't want to crack the plenum. I'll take a picture too.

No offense man, but its ractive. ractive is probably one of the worst in aftermarket parts, thats also why they are the ceapest. Your best bet would be to try and find a TRD one or some other good company. Good luck to you

Yeah, RActive probably makes the crappiest ones out there. I'm just now learning that. I know they made a TRD for the newer Camry's.... what about a Gen 3? If not, what's the next best thing?

Thanks,
Steve

How are Vibrant? They make one for Gen3, right?

Yup. Circuit City sells this shit. Why would you buy a car performance product that can be bought in an electronics store?
