That or the E153 from a Gen 3/4 V6 Camry or SW20 MR2.

Guys look at his chassis code I beleive he has an all trac camry which means those trannys you said wont work since he needs an all trac tranny. However in that case what you can swap in is the all trac celica tranny. The ST205 is the best one you can get and it is a direct bolt in. Of course you can still put in the ST185 or ST165 but I wouldn't really suggest the ST165 since it isn't much different from yours. The ST185's is a little different with a larger finaly drive gear. Really what you should do if you want to keep the camry body is just get a whole all trac celica drivetrain from the engine the tranny and the rear end. All of it is a direct bolt in and you will have a much powerful car with that.

Are the motors in All-tracs mounted differently as opposed to the motors in the normal FWD cars?

If you were to Turbocharge the 3SFE engine, with lets say a very streetable 6 PSI. Which would be the ideal Gear Box for it?

If you are going to turbocharge it then just keep the tranny you have in the car now. Especially with 6 psi you aren't going to be testing the limits of that tranny yet.
