Is there any junk yards in Toronto where you can get free car parts from those write-off cars? (such as a Camry spoiler)

FREE?? LOL, that's a good one! Nothing in this world is free. There are several wreckers in the GTA, but none of them are charity wreckers. Talk to Speedemn for more specific info!

junkyards aren't cheap. usually they'll charge quite a bit. you have to bring your own tools there and take off the parts yourself.

Recently I saw a website where they sell the factory rear spoiler for approx. 150 US dollars, probably unpainted.. is that a good deal?

Junkyards near me on LI, NY are very expensive and most times, their price is not far off from the store price.
