Guys I was wondering if any of you saw garages that you could rent where you can actually go under the car and do the modifications or fix it on your own. When i used to live in Poland there was a steel construction in the neighborhood where you would drive up and check your car from below. What about making something like that in ur garage or next to it??

Too much liability to have something like that. Who will be responsible if something happen or someone gets hurt?

Have seen these kinds of Do-it-Yourself shops, also shops that allowed owners to do body work and paint their cars. But they went out of business for unknown reasons.

Most likely liability, tool theft, lack of business, abuse of equipment, ?

I guess I could go with those things that bring the car up a little and u can actually slide under the car. What are those called???

A hydraulic car jack? Or side stands?

If you're getting under a car, NEVER go under if it's only being supported by one thing i.e. only side stands or only a ramp. Have something else like side stands/jack/ramp incase.....

The steel construction that you refer to is popular at the car dealers to display their cars. You could ask if you can borrow it.
