2003 Camry Dash light problems

Hey guys,

I have a Gen 5, 2003 4cyl LE Camry. The car has been fine, but just recently, my interior dash lights became dim when I turn on the headlights. More specifically, the gauge lights, gear change lights near the lever, all the climate controll lights, and the window button light. At first I thought they were completely out, but when I looked carefully, I noticed that the lights were dim. Also, the exterior lights are OK and the map lights work fine.

I'm not sure if these artifacts could have affected the interior dash lights
1. I installed an eclipse AVN5435 Nav about 2 years ago and all the buttons on the Nav still light up.
2. The lights around the air vent knob went out a couple months ago, and I have been lazy to replace that light.

I have tried twisting the gas reset knob, but nothing happens. Have you guys had this problem before? What should I do?

Have you check your dimmer switch somewhere on the dash left side?

I feel like a douche... All I needed to do was roll up the dimmer switch on the left side of the dash.
