the 90 camry came with 200cc injectors right? will injectors from about the same year celica (give or take a cuple of years) fit with out mod? what do the green head injectors flow?

Celica's were available with a 3S-FE.

Which green ones? You need to be more specific (engine code would help).

3S-FE injectors come in low and high impedence.

3S-GE injectors are high impedence.

If your 3S-FE injectors are low impedence you need a resistor pack to use the 3S-GE injectors.

As for fitting or not you'll have to find out for yourself.

Check the link I posted above and match the connector and color of the injectors.
