Problems with Intrax Springs

Hey guys I recently put in Intrax springs in my car. Unfortunatley if I go over anything deeper than a tablespoon I get a nice thud in the rear. Im assuming the tires are rubbing and / or Im bottoming out. I didnt get the rubber peice in that goes between the spring and the strut if I put that in will that help at all. Im assuming that the springs arent seated right do to that. The same goes for the front any help would be apprecieated before I ruin my whole suspension. Thanks

Did you shave the bump stops (I think that is what they're called)? On my car I think I had to take about 3/4 on an inch off of them. There was a sheet that told me how much to cut off included with the springs.
