Other way; drive them in from the front side. Use a hammer. To install the new one, just use a lug nut to suck it into place.
They're not just regular bolts. They have a spline under their head which press fits into a hole in the hub. Any auto parts store should have them. If you can, take an old one with you to make sure the new one matches in length & thread size. For some reason they seem to have a hard time getting it right the first time. That's been my experience anyways.
