Nice pick... Definitely keep us up to date. I'm pretty sure you're the first!
I was thinking about a Flowmaster Delta-Flow myself, but thanks to some dealership connections I was able to have my muffler not only warrantied but replaced with the freer-flowing V6 muffler at a cost of nada. Zip. Zilch. Believe it or not it has a nice, soft rumble at idle and lower revs and when you back off the gas at like 3-4K it rumbles nicely then too. However, since it's a Toyota (read: non-stainless) part I doubt I'll get more than a few years out of it.
Next thing I gotta do is the center pipe, the flange on it where it meets the flexpipe is rusting badly. As good as gen2's are overall, the exhaust system is shit.

I've had to replace everything from the connecting pipe with the flex thinger in it to the tail pipe. The tailpipe will be the last part I'm replacing.
I eventually plan to rip out the OEM system, and put in it's place a nice 2.25" cat back system running into the Flowmaster.
Dealer connections are always the best. I unfortunately have none :'( I was thinking about getting a V6 muffler... but it still would have been "stock" so to speak.

Custom cat-back- Should be pretty easy I'd think, the center pipe shouldn't present a lot of trouble, and for the crowning touch (if you have the $$, I definitely don't ) get (that is, try and find) the Japspeed header. Damn would that sound nice!
As for the V6 muffler being stock- the way I see it, if it wasn't the part specifically designed for that car or the part the car was originally equipped with, excepting OEM replacement parts, it's an upgrade
(I know. I'm really playing up the V6 muffler here. )

Just got word on Saturday that the muffler shipped UPS ground. Tracking number still doesn't work, but no biggy... It should be here either tomorrow, or Wednesday.
I've chosen out a nice stainless chrome tip to finish off the tail end of the muffler. I intend upon doing 2.25" from the axle back for now, and then finishing off 2.25" Cat-Back later on in the Spring.
I'm purchasing the tip tomorrow, I'll have pics up tomorrow night. Hopefully I'll have it all done by Friday, and broken in/run properly by Saturday night for some fun driving on Sunday morning. :-D
More news tomorrow

apc is good for high schoolers with no money for performance upgrades, so they buy stickers or apc radiator caps to make their busted ass shit look fast
How'd I know some sort of flame match would start from this?
Anywho, it's on. I ran 2.25" piping from the rear flange back. When I get $95 together, full Cat-Back time :-D
I have to take better pictures, with more light later on... So here's a little teaser.
Forgive the poor quality, it was taken at night :'(
I'll get more tomorrow when it's nice and light out.
For those of you who I know would ask:
It sounds deep, and rumbly. No whiney rice noise. It's got that bubbly back pressure suctionkinda sound too. Me likey
As for power, no noticeable increase. A little more pep off the line, but it bogs down a bit more in 3rd.
Here's my photo for now:
