What engine model and transmission type (stick or auto) does this car have?

Each model of car has a driving pattern that must be completed before a monitoring system will reset.

Suggest a mix of stop and go, and hwy driving. Typically these reset driving patterns involve letting the engine warm up then driving 40-50 MPH for 1-3 minutes then idling for a couple of minutes then repeating the process 3-4 times.

Some ODBII code readers can check these systems and indicate if they are reset. If you know someone with a code reader that can do this you can check the system before getting the emissions test.

ODBII systems are always checking something. The EPA states having one code not reset for this year of car is still OK to pass emissions. You have two which may not be OK.

The fact that these systems are not reset does not mean the car has an emissions problem. States have moved to checking the car computer (perhaps to save money0 to determine if it has flagged emissions component problems.

Your failing the test only means the computer has not finished testing these systems, something it does constantly. The systems are checked over a predetermined driving pattern.

^^^ IT's not drive cycle, too... You have to meet specific pre-startup conditions, specifically temperatures at the ECT and IAT sensors (they need to be within 10-13*F of each other) These pre-LEVII Toyota evap monitors are notoriously hard to run to completion. Technicians are known to build resistor boxes that fool the ECU into thinking the conditions have been met so the monitor actually runs..
