Save money, DIY CAI, and stickers. 12 - 75 HP per sticker.

the cheapest way is higher octane.

bigger spark plug wires, (the stock ones are smaller then a straw)

Higher octane doesn't add any power unless your car is retarding its timing because it has detected some knock. For a 5SFE Camry, you will gain zero HP by running 94.

Same deal with plug wires, if they're overburdened, then upgrade them, if all else is stock, save your money until they need replacement.

you dont have to change headers with the ripp kit... you can get it without the headers too. the s/c doesnt have anything to do with the headers like a turbo would. it doesnt use exhaust for air intake pressure. it just takes outside air and pressurizes it and throws it into the intake manifold. no interaction with the exhaust. the ripp headers are installed purely for better exhaust flow. if you already have headers, then you wouldnt need the ripp ones...

i second the NOS

i've heard rumors that if you replace your electrical grounding system, it can give you hp, but i don't know how cheap that is. At the worst, it'll free up some power to run bigger subs/amps.
