How do you know when the oxegen sencer is bad on the engine

If you have problems with the OXYGEN (or O2 in periodic element format) SENSORS, you would get a CEL, in which case, you have. So find a shop with an OBD2 scanner to find out what the PROBLEM(S) can be, so you can ACCELERATE.

I knew I had a problem when my "Check Engine" light stayed on after 90k. It would go away so I went to the shop and they checked it out on the scanner and realized that it was he sensor.

If the check engine light doesn't come on.......don't worry about it.

I have 150,000 miles and no problems with my original O2.
