Hey Toyota Nation! Well, this is my first post and I am doing some major electrical on my '93 Camry XLE. Can someon with a 3VZ-FE check their box and see if you need these relays? I bought the car from a shady place (atleast I got the title) and there has been some electrical problems (thus I am replacing the entire wiring harness!). When I pulled apart my dash I found a razor blade someone left inside by the dash harness... GRRR!Check the pick below (example A is where the wire bloated)! More to come on replacing Wiring harnesses... Just pray you never have to do it!
I would just get out my clippers, a pack of shrink tubing, and get my soldering gun all warmed up......it'll probably still be easier than finding out where ALL the wiring goes and then replacing everything.....

Thanks Zoni but I already got one (same year '93 XLE, ABS) and have replaced the dash harness just not the engine harness, main juction block (1) and relays. You are right though, the '92 version is compatible with the '93- good call. Today I tried getting some of the systems back online, like illumination... Foolishly I didn't check the dimmer and it appears to have lost ground. I bridged it and viola, my illumination lights came on. So, I will probably get illumination back up tomorrow. My next task (if I don't replace the entire engine harness) is to repair the remaining damaged circuits; my alarm (stock), radio, dome lights and some indicator lights are also out (door ajar, gas lite).
One thing is for sure; I am way better at reading wiring diagrams. Behind junction block #1 is a melted connector behind the 40 amp... when I bridge it the horn sounds... must be to the alarm relay- but I am not sure... I don't want to admit it but I think I am wasting my time trying to repair the harness... I may just replace the entire thing, junction block included... I could bridge these circuits but then I am always going to second guess myself when I am driving. I will keep you posted...
Sigh... My camry is in pieces and the harness I bought for the damaged one has 2 options missing. I only found this out after I removed the collision bar and engine harness. They won't let me return the 140.00 dollar part... Ugh! Everytime I connect my fuseblock and the battery the horn sounds (until I pull the horn relay). I checked the relay with a multi and its fine. The relay is finding ground on the horn wire, almost as if someone is depressing it. Dome, Radio, Illumination, Alarm, Stock Amp and powerlocks do not function. Why did it have to be an XLE??? I COULD HAVE REPLACED THIS CRAP IF IT DIDNT HAVE EVERY OPTION IMAGINABLE!
