Rippmods Supercharger Engine Servicability

Just wondering for those out there with the Rippmods supercharger where do you take your care for maintence? Can a dealer still work on it will the supercharger on there or do you have to take it to a speciality shop? Thanks.

i dont think the dealers will take care of it but you can probably find a specialty shop that would help you take care of it if you cant maintain it yourself. Theres really not much to it.. check for leaks.. check your oil often and keep up with oil changes.. check the hoses and thats about it.

I wasn't refering to the supercharger, just the engine. Would they still be able to work on it, or would there be too much changed and any adjustments they make would just throw off the engine?

It might get in the way of some repairs... I am sure now an alternator and belt change would be different... And some vacuum hoses and lines are rearranged. Maybe the air filter will be different, intake pipe, etc... Those are very basic thing really; you can point that out to a mechanic and they will know how to work on top of those minor changes.

But for regular scheduled maintenance like oil changes, sparkplugs, coolant change, etc... There should be absolutely no changes at all based on most SC setups I have worked on.
