does any1 know what do i need to get for my gen 4 HID conversion when i only have the ballast??? n how much would it be cost?? and also, does the E46 hid ballast can go hi/low-beam???

All u need is HID ballasts, Bullbs, and the wiring. and an H4 adapter.

give me a PM or email and ill give u a site for cheap phillips/hella/bosch/etc ballasts.

and if u wanna do a projector retro fit u'll need to buy x5 single or bi xenon projectors.
