I believe the difference is in model year or style. Also, you could also search ebay for 'camry guage face' to see if you find the one you are looking for.

Here in the US, the difference could be the style (LE or SE).

i assume youre using a translator and its not a good one...either way, welcome and sorry for the language barrier...
the gauge cluster you posted, the 2nd one, looks like an optitron cluster from a gen 5.5 camry (05-06), which cannot be installed in a standard gen 5 camry (02-04) without major headaches and alot of work...
you can install LEDs in your gen 5 gauge cluster, but yet again its alot of work for minimal gain...as stated above, you can always find one of those cheesy indiglo gauge faces on ebay
