i was wondering if it is possible to coverse a 1993 auto trans to a regular 5 speed

It's possible. Do a search for more information. There are quite a few that have done it. Most known is Ratko's.

yes it is. I am doing one right now on my 90 4cyl and I am dead broke.

Well actually, it is not that expensive if you use all used parts and do it yourself. With used parts and no labor, you could do it for under 1000 easy. like 700 dollars. I am paying for labor though and using lots of new aftermarket parts so more like 2200 for me.

same with me, doing it along with my 4cyl to v6 swap too... im runnin 94 cam, swappin in 94 1mz and 97 std tranny
