they're bolted to the grille, about an inch and a half back on a bent bracket i made out of flat bar, to raise them a bit

i don't think its locked... but you do have to sign up for imagestation to view the pics
those are my winter rims, i got stock camry alloys for summer
as for the bath, well when spring comes around that's where i go down really muddy logging roads, and through 1.5 foot deep mud puddles
