Can 5sfe 2002 remanufactured be used in 1998?

Can 5sfe 2002 remanufactured long block be used in 1998 camry?

This long block actually only includes engine head, and engine block and all internals (no balancer); no oil pan.
I am going to use all externals from 1998 camry, including sensors.

When comparing side by side, both are identical except 2 mounts for 2 bolts at the back. 2002 is little lower, but I believe it is easy to fix.

When comparing VINs, differences:
1998: J at 1st(made in Japan), W at 10 (1998);
donor:4 at 1st(USA made), 2 at 10 (2002);
Both have K at 8th, indicating for Camry.

From wiki, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_S_engine
bore: 87.1 mm (1998); 87.0mm(2002)
Stroke: 90.9 mm(1998); 91.0mm(2002)
Displ.: 2162 cc(1998); 2164cc(2002)
Displ.: 135 hp (101 kW)@5400 rpm(1998); 136 hp @5200 rpm

Can my ECU deal with higher rpm?
Is it good to upgrade to 2002?

Appreciate if tell me any information. Because I need to make decision to buy or not.
