Yeah, that typical of what a junkyard would say.

I suggest that your best chance of getting a 7th Gen Celica steering wheel, is in the "For Sale" forums on Celica forums, like www.newcelica.org, www.everythingcelica.net, www.celispeed.com, and www.c7performance.com.

Used parts dealers and junkyards know the value of airbags, so you wont find one for a good price if they know. However, owners who are getting aftermarket steering wheels often try and offload their stock steering wheels so you might be in luck.

Just a note: The steering wheel is the same from the new Matrx, Corolla, and MR-S... so check out forums for those cars aswell.

Do a quick CDN => US currency conversion...

$1 CDN = approx. $0.77 US

as for shipping, it really depends on how you plan on getting it down to yourself. Two ways that I know of are UPS or USParcel, but as for how much they charge, it depends on weight and dimensions.

best thing to do is find out how the seller plans on getting it out, then agree on a parcel service to use, then work out the price there. I recently bought something from "I4 to V6 Swap" (thx for the clears...they're awesome!), and we finally agreed to use UPS. I think it was $15-20 US shipping...receiver pays small brokerage fee. It was definitely a lot cheaper than buying off Ebay, where some charged over $40 for shipping

Hope that helps. Others might be able to help you more on this...I'm sure Oldman has had his fair share of trading goods over the border.

If I left out the center piece of the wheel then yeah, but wouldn't it stay on without the bag? If it won't then my hijacking this thread was awfully pointless
