the motor doesn't burn out that easily I would think. Check all your fuses first, if they're all ok I guess it should be something else blocked inside the door. You'll need to dismantle it and see. There's one little thing that is difficult to dismantle though (see pic). You'll need to take it off gently with a screwdriver. Ask someone if you're not sure otherwise you'll break it.

Any special tips for getting that off? I spent an hour and a half trying to get that off when I was getting a speaker for my Camry. I think I broke it too cuz it doesn't sit right in there anymore. Any tips would be appreciated.

I just got my car painted a month ago. About two weeks ago I lowered my driver's side window all the way down while driving. When I tried to put it back up the window didn't react. And then I noticied my power locks didn't work either. Turns out the 30 amp fuse that powers the power windows and locks had blown. So I took the bottom part of my dash off to replace the fuse. I replaced it and when I touched the switch on the driver's side door to try and get my window up it blew again . So I took the driver's side door panel off to see where the short was and fix it. Turns out when they painted the door jams they didn't put the wiring in correctly and when i put the window down it stripped some of the wiring and jammed it together causing the fuse to blow. I fixed it, but I have some other shorts that are causing some other fuses to blow and it's starting to really piss me off .

My English not being perfect I'll do my best Take a screwdriver and release the upper part with it and try to take this upper part off first, down after. Afterwards you can slide the whole side right (or left, I don't remember). TAKE IT EASY ! Good luck !
