I just came from the junk yard where there was a '93 IS300 and a '93 ES300. While looking at the fronts they appeared very similar outlines as the 95-96 Camry. Is it possible to use either the of the front bumper covers on a 96 Camry?
You can use some of the lexus parts on the camry (I'm currently in the process of installing the entire brake setup from a Lexus ES300 with custom made brembo drilled and slotted rotors). As for the front bumpers, they should fit just about the same (you may have to change some of the bolt holes though). The biggest thing you are going to run across is that the headlights don't match up perfectly. I would suggest taking a piece of paper and outlining the top of the bumper where it matches up to the headlights on the ES300. Then when you get home, check the difference on the camry. That will let you know what kind of changes you will need to make there (also check the point where the front grill meets the bumper). I hope that helps...
Ohh, another car that comes pretty close to fitting (if you don't mind order parts from the UK for a pretty penny) is the Toyota Altezza. The altezza does have a really nice looking front bumper, but it would take a whole lot more work to get it onto a camry.

Originally posted by Meisner OK, you pretty much answered my quesiton. I was just wondering if it would be a direct swap.
Damn...kinda liked that bumper, even had fog lamp holes.
Thanks!!!
it would be a direct swap if you also wanted to swap out the hood, fenders, grille, and headlights. an es300 front end conversion doesnt require any custom bodywork from what ive heard/seen
would you mind looking to see if the bolt patterns on the side mirrors match? id like to get some heated mirrors on my car, and im curious if it will fit. most likely not, it wont because es300 has frameless doors. thanks again.
