Retirement time...

It's time to let the old Cam die.
To take it's place... another Camry. Preferably one with a 5 spd... Gen 2 oh yes. I'm not leaving yet.

Anywho. The transmission is being weird on the car. It shudders... like the whol f'ing front end jumps like it's grinding diff gears going from 1st to second... it slips when accelerating in 1st... and the axles/cv's are getting funky.

I guess I have about a month left in this car.
20K miles later... with 162K on it, it's time to finally let go.

I'm eying up a 1991 LE 5spd with a sunroof and only 106K miles.
$1600.

Dude, sorry to hear but you won't regret moving to the five-speed when you get one. What's gonna happen with the Flowmaster, hanging onto it for the new one or selling it? I remember that being the last big thing you had planned.

Good luck with the hunt

Steve

Well, my plans to get another Camry directly revolve around all the "bolt-on" parts I built for the '90...

So yes, the Flowmaster is getting slapped on there :-D

I know I won't regret 5 speed. Sooooo much more control.

Well... my drivers side fender is a little beat too...

There's a tiny pinch in it.

I don't plan on "junking" it. I wanna hang on to it until I can fix it up again.
