If you have the 4 cylinder 2.2 liter 5SFE engine, some vibration at idle is normal. Some people on this forum have had some success at reducing the vibration by switching the dogbone motor mount to the one used on the generation 4 (1997-2001) Camry. Do a search on this forum for "idle vibration" and you should find the thread on that.

My guess is that one of your rotors is warped, because it is occuring when you are stopping the car. Do you feel any pulsation sensation in the brake pedal?

You would not feel a vibration when the car is at a dead stop with a warped rotor only when slowing down. Sounds to me as another member has said to be just vibration through the engine, it may not be a bad mount it might just be running rough and sputtering a bit at idle. I can almost tell you for sure though that looking at the brakes for this issue is a waste of time.
