engine mounts.. how many are there?

I need to replace my motor mounts on my 89 camry. I looked through my repair manual on only seen that there's 2 motor mounts. one on the side and the other underneath. is that correct or are there more mounts?

Theres more then 2 mounts.

Front mount & rear mount. Both bolt to the tranny.

Left mount: bolts to the block.

Right mount: bolts to the top of the tranny.

And another mount on the back of the block. Bolts to the block and crossmember.

DAMN..!!! that's a whole lot of mounts!

man....where can I get all those mounts without breakin' my bank book? sheesh..and I thought gettin' my 89 Cam with 167k for $1000 was a good deal.

I would check out the mounts first before you go replacing them for the hell of it.

The ones that usually go bad are the front and rear mount.
