I just noticed that my 96 Camry is smoking from the hood, and found that when I turn on the engine those two fans were not runing? Is it easy to fix them on my own? Please help

They weren't on while the engine was smoking? When it was smoking was the needle up in the red? Whats the smoke smell like? Does it have a color to it? What engine do you have?
Give us some more info please

And the fans dont always run. I never ever heard my fans come on and I never had my cam over heat.

Sorry I have a 1995 cam. The smoke had a little burning or coolant boiling smell. I was saying, the fans of my other car goes on runing as soon as I turn the car engine on. When I found the smoking came out of the hood, I opened it and then turn the engine on, the fans weren't runing. I did not pay attention to the meter needle. Thanks for any help again!
