How do you toggle this in Toyota vehicles?

Should have phrased that better.
When I push lock or unlock a Toyota key fob, some beep some do not.

Is that toggleable?

99 XLE cam does not
02 MR2 does
05 RAV4 does

I believe the mode is "Piezo Operation Mode" Sometimes my car beeps and sometimes it doesnt...kind of annoying.

For RS3000 (dealer installed 2 button remote, FCC ID: BAB237131-022 or 3-button FCC ID: GQ43VT7T) Instructions from 2-button manual
1. Key to ON (not ACC)
2. Puch both keyfob buttons for over 2 sec, until the Status LED lights. You have 30 seconds for step 3:
3. For OFF, hit the bottom button once
For ON, hit the bottom button twice
4. Key to LOCK, and it should beep 3 times
