need help with driverside drive shaft

i have a toyota camry 93 v6 wagon and thought i did everything right when i replaced my driver side driveshaft

well everything was put back the way it went off, only one problem, the front wheel when turned 180 degrees in either direction and it then catches and clicks, i dont know why this is (needless to say i cant drive it and its still up on jack stands)so every 180 degree rotation the wheel makes this noise, like its catching

now i have narrowed it down to three er 4 possibilities (i have limited mechanical experience so im guessing for the most part but dont wanna do anything without a better idea)

1) the wheel is catching and nothing is wrong
2) i didnt tighten some of the nuts or put the drive shaft in properly and there is nothing serious, just need to reinstall it
3) i have the wrong driveshaft part
4) the transmission is weird

any help would be so much appreciated

thanks yall

are you saying you have 180 degrees of free play in the steering wheel before the actual wheels turn? or after 180 degrees it gets stuck a bit?
