Repair or Replace?

My 1995 Camry has 205K miles and the AC is having problems. The evaporator and expansion valve needs to be replaced and it will cost $600. Also, my inspection is coming up in Sept and I have to replace my line crack windshield for $200. We are having a baby in Dec and I am debating if I fix this or replace it. I know in the next year or two, I will need to replace my front brakes and all shocks.

The last time the spark plugs, wires, rotor, dist cap, timing and engine belt, front motor mount, dog bone mount, trans flush, rear brakes was replaced was at 150K miles. When do I have to do these again?

Idle Air Valve and air intake and throttle body cleaning was fixed at 184K.

I have not had to replace the transmission yet. I dont know if spending $800 now and then with upcoming routine maint things, should I just replace my car now. This has been a really reliable car and I know you can fit one baby seat in it. Any advice?
