Anoyone know how to do this to a radio?
I was thinking about adding an Aux Input to my stock, old radio. It's a 91 Lexus ES250 radio. Before you tell me, "Hey, don't be stupid, buy a new radio", let me explain:
I did buy a new radio. Both my cars have new radios and they are great. I have satellite that plugs into the aux in of those. In fact, I only really use the aux in. And now, I have a radio that works, but I have no use for without an input. That, and the time to do something dumb like this.
Why? Well, I just bought another car that could use a radio with an in, but I don't want to buy another stereo for it. And I don't have any cassette tapes that I can listen to.
ANYWAY, does anyone know if I can perhaps wire in a jack that would go to the TAPE's normal spot on the main board of the radio? I couldn't find a post on this already, so I figured I should ask.
