Stuttering Front Driver Window

Hey Guys, I tried searching, but i couldn't figure out what to search for. My Front driver window is stuttering on the way up. What could the problem for this be? and how would i go about repairing it?

Thanks

Edit: I dont know if this matters or not, but i have a 99 camry v6 (1mz-fe)

my drivers window doesnt seem to want to stop going up, it makes a clunking noise if i hold the up button too long. Don't know why that is though.

Possibly the motor not getting enough power?
