i think remote starter burned fuse on camry

hi evryone, this problem is happening 2nd time, 1st was 3years ago when i had installed phyton remote starter and keyless entry at circuit city, i grabbed keys and went to parking lot to take my car from circuit city, a started car, what happened is as i remember all lights gone dushboard lights, and dushboard did not work, radio, windows also , and i could not switch transmission lever it did not work i had to use emergensy switch(its next to lever what you do is insert screww driver and then push little bottom there and car jumos when you switch lever ,am not sure if transmission was switching from 1 to 2 to 3 and etc, it happened again, i rmember i took car to toyota and had warranty that time, but know my mechnic cant find whats wrong, that time toyota said it kinda main fuse. so what that might be guys?
