My car got hit in the right sideview mirror and the whole mirror assembly broke off with only the wire hanging. The neighbor heard and saw the Time Warner van hit the car but didn't get the license plate or any invoices or names. Is there any way I can get Time Warner to pay for the damages. Also where can I get the sideview mirror with the exact color of my car. I have the color number which is 6P2. Where can I buy the paint. The dealer only sells 1 oz or 1/2 oz sprays. I might need more than that, plus I might need the primer and the clear finish as well.

Call TW and complain. they know what car was at any given time at any given location. had the same happen to my wife's car, mirror got side swiped by a UHaul van and UHaul paid for it.
Got a new mirror with the color of the car from an online toyota dealer, I got mine from Butler Toyota 1-800-692 6396. They are not cheap, but much cheaper than getting it from a local Toyota dealer.

If Time Warner refuses to help you, call the local police department with the information and your neighbor's name and address. (Talk to your neighbor first.) Let the police handle it.
