I'm just wondering if these AFM flap springs get weak over time, like I read on some post here, and that leaning the mixture only incidentally improves performance. Or is that what that cog does; stiffen the spring?

Take information off wikipedia with a grain of salt. Keep in mind that ANYONE can write and edit things on it.
Is that what a 180hp-ish (from factory) engine feels like? My uncle has one, i learnt in it and it didn't seem that fast. Then again, i was learning meaning i was a lot gentler with my right foot. Btw, this is compared to my gen 2 Camry 2L m/t with an engine that only has about 113hp from factory.
