4th Generation How Do I Swap Out an Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor?

It looks like today is the day my automotive cherry gets broken. That Air Fuel Ratio Sensor should arrive today.

So that leaves me with 4 questions:

1) What size A/F Sensor socket tool do I get?

2) Should i remove the manifold cover first? (I have a 2001 Camry LE, 4 Cyl, 5S-FE)

3) I seem to recall reading something about a grommet or silicone ring or similar. When I remove the old A/F sensor do i have to mess around the thread hole to fish any seal-type thing out?

4) How hard should I tighten the new sensor in? Do i really need a torque device? (If so, it seems to me that it would have to mate with the A/F Sensor Socket.)

Be gentle with the car noob.
